Investigation 731-TA-1090 is a U.S. International Trade Commission antidumping (AD) proceeding on Superalloy Degassed Chromium from Japan, Inv. No. 731-TA-1090 (Review). The ITC determines whether U.S. industry is materially injured (or threatened) by imports under investigation; Commerce determines whether dumping or subsidization is occurring. Both findings are required for an AD/CVD order to be issued.
