Investigation 701-TA-435 is a U.S. International Trade Commission antidumping (AD) proceeding on Certain 4,4'-Diamino-2,2'-Stilbenedisulfonic Acid Chemistry from China, India, and Germany, Inv. Nos. 701-TA-435 and 731-TA-1036-1038 (Preliminary) from Germany, India, China. The ITC determines whether U.S. industry is materially injured (or threatened) by imports under investigation; Commerce determines whether dumping or subsidization is occurring. Both findings are required for an AD/CVD order to be issued.
