Investigation 701-TA-278 is a U.S. International Trade Commission countervailing duty (CVD) proceeding on Certain Flowers from Chile, Colombia, Kenya, Mexico, Netherlands, and Peru, Inv. Nos. 303-TA-18, 701-TA-278-279 and 731-TA-328-329, and 331-333(Review). The ITC determines whether U.S. industry is materially injured (or threatened) by imports under investigation; Commerce determines whether dumping or subsidization is occurring. Both findings are required for an AD/CVD order to be issued.
