Investigation 701-TA-275 is a U.S. International Trade Commission countervailing duty (CVD) proceeding on Fresh Cut Flowers from Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Israel and the Netherlands, Inv. Nos. 701-TA-275-278 and 731-TA-327-331 (Final). The ITC determines whether U.S. industry is materially injured (or threatened) by imports under investigation; Commerce determines whether dumping or subsidization is occurring. Both findings are required for an AD/CVD order to be issued.
