Investigation 701-TA-00B is a U.S. International Trade Commission countervailing duty (CVD) proceeding on Refrigeration Compressors from Singapore, Inv. No. 701-TA-B (Review). The ITC determines whether U.S. industry is materially injured (or threatened) by imports under investigation; Commerce determines whether dumping or subsidization is occurring. Both findings are required for an AD/CVD order to be issued.
