Investigation 701-TA-00A is a U.S. International Trade Commission countervailing duty (CVD) proceeding on Carbon Steel Wire Rod from Argentina, Inv. Nos.701-TA-A and 731-TA-157 (Review). The ITC determines whether U.S. industry is materially injured (or threatened) by imports under investigation; Commerce determines whether dumping or subsidization is occurring.
