Commerce has amended the final results of its administrative review of the countervailing duty order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules (solar cells) from the People's Republic of China (China) for the period 01/01/2016 through 12/31/2016.
This amendment was published in the Federal Register (84 FR 68102) on 12/13/2019, and changes the cash deposit rate for the producers/exporters as listed in paragraph 2.
