Notice of affirmative final determination in the countervailing duty investigation of dried tart cherries from the Republic of Turkey (C-489-836)

On 12/10/2019, Commerce published in the Federal Register its final affirmative determination in the countervailing duty investigation of dried tart cherries from the Republic of Turkey (subject merchandise) (84 FR 67430). 2. The products covered by this investigation (subject merchandise) are described in message 9141314, dated 05/21/2019. 3. This proceeding has been assigned case number C-489-836. 4. CBP shall continue to suspend liquidation of shipments of subject merchandise from the companies below that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 09/27/2019 (the date of publication of the preliminary determination). Additionally, for imports of subject merchandise, entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 12/10/2019 (the date of publication of the final determination in the Federal Register), CBP shall collect a cash deposit equal to the percentages of entered value listed below: Producer and/or Exporter: Isik Tarim Urunleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S.
