Commerce has published in the Federal Register (84 FR 57847) on 10/29/2019 the final results of its administrative review of certain producers and/or exporters subject to the antidumping duty order on certain frozen warmwater shrimp from India for the period 02/01/2017 through 01/31/2018. 2. As a result of Commerce's review, the cash deposit rates have been revised for certain companies. Therefore, for shipments of certain frozen warmwater shrimp from India produced and/or exported by the firms listed below, entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 10/29/2019, the required cash deposit has been revised: Producer and/or Exporter: Magnum Sea Foods Limited/Magnum Estates Limited (aka Magnum Estates Private and Magnum Estates Private Limited) Case Number: A-533-840-040 Final Rate: 1.87 % Note: In this administrative review, Commerce collapsed Magnum Sea Foods Limited and Magnum Estates Limited, and treated these companies as a single entity. Therefore, we have deactivated Magnum Estates Limited's case number A-533-840-038. The above case number and cash deposit rate applies to both of these companies. Producer and/or Exporter: Calcutta Seafoods Pvt. Ltd./Bay Seafood Pvt. Ltd./ Elque & Co. For all producers/exporters of certain frozen warmwater shrimp from India without their own rate, the cash deposit rate is 10.17 percent. 5. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of merchandise covered by the administrative review until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 6.
