1. Commerce published in the Federal Register (84 FR 52066) on 10/01/2019 the final results of administrative review of a certain exporter subject to the antidumping duty order on polyethylene retail carrier bags from the People's Republic of China (China) for the period 08/01/2017 through 07/31/2018. 2. As a result of Commerce's review, for shipments of subject merchandise entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 10/01/2019, (the date of publication of the final results of review in the Federal Register), the required cash deposit has been revised for a certain exporter as detailed below: Exporter: High Den Enterprises Ltd. Case number: A-570-886-000 Cash deposit rate: 77.57% Note to CBP: As a result of this review, Commerce determined that this company is no longer eligible for a separate rate and is part of the China-wide entity. Accordingly, Commerce has deactivated the following exporter case number: A-570-886-028. Effective 10/01/2019 (the date of publication of the final results of review), entries of subject merchandise from this exporter should be entered under A-570-886-000. 3. If any entries of this merchandise are exported by a firm other than the exporters listed above then the following instructions apply: A. If the Chinese or non-Chinese exporter of the subject merchandise has its own rate, use the applicable exporter's rate for determining the cash deposit rate. B. For all exporters of subject merchandise that have not been assigned a separate rate, the cash deposit rate will be the China-wide rate of 77.57 percent. C. For all non-Chinese exporters of subject merchandise that have not received their own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the Chinese exporter that supplied that non-Chinese exporter. 4. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of merchandise included in this administrative review until assessment instructions are issued. 5.
