1. On 09/04/2019, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a statutory injunction (SI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the countervailing duty order on certain softwood lumber products (softwood lumber) from Canada (C-122-858) for the period 04/28/2017 through 12/31/2018. This SI was issued in connection with court number 19-00154. 2. This SI enjoins liquidation of entries of softwood lumber from Canada that were: (1) produced and/or exported by Fontaine, Inc.; (2) were the subject of Commerce's final determination in Certain Softwood Lumber Products from Canada: Final Results of Countervailing Duty Expedited Review, 84 FR 32121 (07/05/2019); and (3) were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption, during the period 04/28/2017 through 12/31/2018. 3. Effective 09/04/2019 (the date the Court issued the SI), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 09/04/2019. Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Any entries inadvertently liquidated after the Court's order for this SI was signed but before this injunction is fully implemented by CBP shall be promptly returned to unliquidated status and suspended in accordance with this injunction. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued. 4. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the SI. 5. Liquidation instructions for entries affected by this SI have not yet been issued. 6.
