1. On 08/02/2019, Commerce published in the Federal Register (84 FR 37836) its final results in the changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty order on certain crystalline silicon photovoltaic products (solar products) from Taiwan (A-583-853). 2. Commerce determined that United Renewable Energy Co., Ltd. is the successor-in-interest to Gintech Energy Corporation, Neo Solar Power Corporation, and Solartech Energy Corporation. Furthermore, Commerce determined that United Renewable Energy Co., Ltd. should be assigned the cash deposit rate assigned to Gintech Energy Corporation, Neo Solar Power Corporation, and Solartech Energy Corporation; the current cash deposit rate assigned to the three predecessor companies is 1.33 percent. 3. Accordingly, for shipments of solar products from Taiwan which were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 08/02/2019 (date of publication of final results of changed circumstances review), CBP shall require a cash deposit for estimated antidumping duties at the following rate: United Renewable Energy Co., Ltd. Case number: A-583-853-023 Cash deposit rate: 1.33% 4. This cash deposit requirement shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of this merchandise until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 5.
