1. This is a correction to message 9192301, dated 07/11/2019, to correct the “/” to “and” for the manufacturer name whose case # is A-489-826-004. 2. The manufacturer name whose case # is A-489-826-004 of message 9192301 contains the “/”. Below is the fully corrected message. 3. Commerce has published in the Federal Register (84 FR 30694) on 06/27/2019 the final results of its administrative review of certain producers and/or exporters subject to the antidumping duty order on certain hot-rolled steel flat products from the Republic of Turkey (Turkey) for the period 03/22/2016 through 09/30/2017. 4. As a result of Commerce's review, the cash deposit rates have been revised for certain companies. Therefore, for shipments of certain hot-rolled steel flat products from Turkey produced and/or exported by the firms listed below, entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 06/27/2019, the required cash deposit has been revised: Producer and/or Exporter: Colakoglu Metalurji A.S./Colakoglu Dis Ticaret A.S. Case number: A-489-826-001 Cash deposit rate: 0% Producer and/or Exporter: Agir Haddecilik A.S. Case number: A-489-826-003 Cash deposit rate: 0% Producer and/or Exporter: Habas Industrial and Medical Gases Production Industries Inc. Where neither the exporter nor the producer currently has its own rate, or the producer is unknown, use the all-others rate for establishing the cash deposit rate. 6. For all producers/exporters of certain hot-rolled steel flat products from the Republic of Turkey without their own rate, the cash deposit rate is 6.41 percent. 7. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of merchandise covered by the administrative review until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 8.
