On 02/28/2019, Commerce published in the Federal Register its final affirmative determination in the countervailing duty investigation of cast iron soil pipe from the People's Republic of China (84 FR 6770). 2. The products covered by this investigation (subject merchandise) are described in message 8058310, dated 02/27/2018. 3. This proceeding has been assigned case number C-570-080. 4. CBP shall continue to suspend liquidation of shipments of subject merchandise from the companies below that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 07/02/2018 (the date of publication of the preliminary determination).
