1. On 02/12/2019, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a final decision in Bohler Bleche GmbH & Co. KG, et al., v. United States, Court No. 17-00163, Slip Op. 19-19. As a result of this decision, on 03/04/2019, Commerce published in the Federal Register “Certain Carbon and Alloy Steel Cut-to-Length Plate from Austria: Notice of Court Decision Not in Harmony with Final Determination in Less Than Fair Value Investigation and Notice of Amended Final Determination and Order Pursuant to Court Decision” (Amended Final Determination and Order) (84 FR 7344), which amends the cash deposit rate for certain firms. 2. Accordingly, effective 02/22/2019 (the effective date stated in the Amended Final Determination and Order), for shipments of certain carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from Austria entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 02/22/2019, the amended cash deposit requirement is as follows: Producer and/or Exporter: Bohler Bleche GmbH & Co KG, Bohler Edelstahl GmbH & Co KG, Bohler International GmbH, voestalpine Grobblech GmbH, voestalpine Steel Service Center GmbH Case number: A-433-812-001 Amended Cash Deposit Rate: 28.57% Producer and/or Exporter: All Others Case Number: A-433-812-000 Amended Cash Deposit Rate: 28.57% 3. Instructions for granting a request for a refund on any overcollection on entries made on or after 02/22/2019 through the date of this message will be issued in a separate message. 4.
