1. On 10/23/2018, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a final decision in JSW Steel Ltd. v. United States, Court No. 16-00165, Slip Op. 18-147. As a result of this decision, on 11/07/2018, Commerce published in the Federal Register “Certain Corrosion-Resistant Steel Products from India: Notice of Court Decision Not in Harmony with the Affirmative Final Determination and Countervailing Duty Order” (Amended Final Determination and Order) (83 FR 55696), which amends the cash deposit rate for certain firms. 2. Accordingly, effective 11/02/2018 (the effective date stated in the Amended Final Determination and Order), for shipments of certain corrosion-resistant steel products from India entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 11/02/2018, CBP shall require, for such entries, a cash deposit equal to the margins for the producers and/or exporters listed below: Producer and/or Exporter: JSW Steel Limited and JSW Steel Coated Products Limited Case number: C-533-864-001 Amended Cash Deposit Rate: 4.24% All Others Case number: C-533-864-000 Amended Cash Deposit Rate: 6.12% 3. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. 4. Do not liquidate any entries of this merchandise until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 5.
