1. Commerce has completed its administrative review of the countervailing duty order on certain pasta from Italy for the period 01/01/2016 through 12/31/2016 and published the final results in the Federal Register on 12/14/2018 (83 FR 64329). 2. Accordingly, for shipments of certain pasta from Italy entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 12/14/2018, you shall collect a cash deposit of estimated countervailing duties at the following percentages of the entered value. Producer and/or Exporter: GR.A.M.M. S.r.l. (also known as Gruppo Alimentare Mediterraneo Milo S.R.L.) Case number: C-475-819-060 Cash deposit rate: 1.18% 3. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of merchandise made during the period of review until liquidation instructions are issued. 4.
