1. Commerce published in the Federal Register (83 FR 57429) on 11/15/2018 the final results of administrative review of certain exporters subject to the antidumping duty order on certain steel threaded rod from the People's Republic of China for the period 4/1/2016 through 3/31/2017. 2. As a result of Commerce's review, for shipments of subject merchandise entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 11/15/2018, the required cash deposit has been revised for certain exporters as detailed below: Exporter: Fastenal Canada Ltd. Case number: A-570-932-030 Cash deposit rate: 206.00% 3. If any entries of this merchandise are exported by a firm other than the exporters listed above then the following instructions apply: A. If the PRC or non-PRC exporter of the subject merchandise has its own rate, use the applicable exporter's rate for determining the cash deposit rate. B. For all exporters of subject merchandise that have not been assigned a separate rate, the cash deposit rate will be the PRC-wide rate of 206.00%. C. For all non-PRC exporters of subject merchandise that have not received their own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the PRC exporter that supplied that non-PRC exporter. 4. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of merchandise included in this administrative review until assessment instructions are issued. 5.
