1. On 10/03/2018, Commerce published in the Federal Register (83 FR 49909) its final results in the changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty order on certain frozen warmwater shrimp from India (A-533-840). 2. Commerce determined that Coastal Aqua Private Limited is the successor-in-interest to Coastal Aqua and should receive the cash deposit rate assigned to Coastal Aqua. 3. Accordingly, for shipments of certain frozen warmwater shrimp from India which were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 10/03/2018, CBP shall require a cash deposit for estimated antidumping duties at the following rate: Coastal Aqua Private Limited Case number: A-533-840-434 Cash deposit rate: 1.35% Note: In the final results of review (83 FR 49909), Commerce found that Coastal Aqua Private Limited (A-533-840-434) is the successor-in-interest to Coastal Aqua (A-533840-361). Consequently, effective 10/03/2018, Coastal Aqua no longer has its own rate, and parties may no longer use case number A-533-840-361. 4. This cash deposit requirement shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of this merchandise until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 5.
