On 12/29/2014 (79 FR 78039), the Department of Commerce (Commerce) published in the Federal Register the Notice of Suspension of the Antidumping Investigation on Sugar from Mexico (suspension agreement). On 07/11/2017 (82 FR 31945), Commerce published in the Federal Register an amendment to this suspension agreement. This message is an update to the list of signatories to the suspension agreement contained in message number 4365304, dated 12/31/2014, in the above-referenced case. Previous updates were provided in message number 5086304, dated 3/27/2015, and message number 7216303, dated 08/04/2017. This message is for informational purposes only and no action is necessary.
