1. Commerce has completed its administrative review of the countervailing duty order on multilayered wood flooring from the People's Republic of China for the period 01/01/2015 through 12/31/2015 and published the final results in the Federal Register on 6/14/2018 (83 FR 27750). Subsequently, Commerce published a notice in the Federal Register on 7/23/2018 (83 FR 34827) correcting the spelling of the company name listed below. 2. Accordingly, for shipments of multilayered wood flooring from the People's Republic of China entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 6/14/2018 (the date of publication of the final results in the Federal Register), you shall collect a cash deposit of estimated countervailing duties at the following percentage of the entered value. Producer and/or Exporter: Baishan Huafeng Wooden Product Co., Ltd. Case number: C-570-971-135 Cash deposit rate: 0.85% 3. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of merchandise made during the period of review until assessment instructions are issued. 4.
