Cash deposit instructions for certain frozen warmwater shrimp from India (A-533-840)

1. Commerce has published in the Federal Register (83 FR 32835) on 07/16/2018 the final results of its administrative review of certain producers and/or exporters subject to the antidumping duty order on certain frozen warmwater shrimp from India for the period 02/01/2016 through 01/31/2017. 2. As a result of Commerce's review, the cash deposit rates have been revised for certain companies. Therefore, for shipments of certain frozen warmwater shrimp from India produced and/or exported by the firms listed below, entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 07/16/2018, the required cash deposit has been revised. Note 1 to CBP: Many of the companies listed below have alternate company names which are listed in ACE notes. Note 2 to CBP: Devi Sea Foods Limited (A-533-840-001) was partially revoked from the order where it both produced and exported certain frozen warmwater shrimp from India. Accordingly, regarding Devi Sea Foods Limited (A-533-840-350), these instructions apply only to entries of certain frozen warmwater shrimp from India where Devi Sea Foods Limited acted as either the producer or exporter (but not both).
