1. Commerce has completed its expedited review of the countervailing duty order on certain carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate (CTL plate) from the People's Republic of China and published the final results in the Federal Register on 07/19/2018 (83 FR 34115). This expedited review was conducted for the sole purpose of establishing an individual cash deposit rate for the reviewed company. 2. Accordingly, for shipments of certain carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from the People's Republic of China entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption, on or after 07/19/2018, produced and/or exported by the company named below, CBP shall collect a cash deposit of estimated countervailing duties at the following percentages of the entered value. Producer and/or exporter: Jiangsu Tiangong Tools Company Limited Case number: C-570-048-004 Cash deposit rate: 26.90% 3. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. 4.
