1. Commerce published in the Federal Register (83 FR 23424) on 05/21/2018 the final results of administrative review of certain exporters subject to the antidumping duty order on drawn stainless steel sinks from the China for the period 04/01/2016 through 03/31/2017. 2. As a result of Commerce's review, for shipments of subject merchandise entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 05/21/2018, (the date of publication of the final results of review in the Federal Register), the required cash deposit has been revised for certain exporters as detailed below: Exporter: Guangdong New Shichu Import and Export Company Limited Case number: A-570-983-026 Cash deposit rate: 1.78% Exporter: Ningbo Afa Kitchen and Bath Co., Ltd. Case number: A-570-983-031 Cash deposit rate: 1.78% Exporter: KaiPing Dawn Plumbing Products, Inc. Case number: A-570-983-035 Cash deposit rate: 1.78% Exporter: Jiangmen New Star Hi-Tech Enterprise Ltd. Case number: A-570-983-038 Cash deposit rate: 1.78% Exporter: Feidong Import and Export Co., Ltd. Exporter: Foshan Zhaoshun Trade Co., Ltd. Exporter: Jiangmen Hongmao Trading Co., Ltd. Exporter: Yuyao Afa Kitchenware Co., Ltd. Case number: A-570-983-000 Cash deposit rate: 76.45% Note to CBP: As a result of this review, Commerce determined that these companies are not eligible or are no longer eligible for a separate rate and are part of the country-wide entity. Accordingly, Commerce has deactivated the following exporter case numbers: A-570-983-024 (Foshan Zhaoshun Trade Co, Ltd.); A-570-983-032 (Feidong Importer and Export Co., Ltd.); and A-570-034 (Jiangmen Hongmao Trading Co., Ltd.). Effective 05/21/2018 (the date of publication of the final results of review), entries of subject merchandise from these exporters should be entered under A-570-983-000. 3. If any entries of this merchandise are exported by a firm other than the exporters listed above then the following instructions apply: A. If the China or non-China exporter of the subject merchandise has its own rate, use the applicable exporter's rate for determining the cash deposit rate. B. For all exporters of subject merchandise that have not been assigned a separate rate, the cash deposit rate will be the China-wide rate of 76.45 percent C. For all non-China exporters of subject merchandise that have not received their own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the China exporter that supplied that non-China exporter. 4. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of merchandise included in this administrative review until assessment instructions are issued. 5.
