Commerce has completed its administrative review of the countervailing duty order on certain new pneumatic off-the-road tires (OTR Tires) from the People's Republic of China (China) for the period 01/01/2015 through 12/31/2015 and published the final results in the Federal Register on 04/13/2018 (83 FR 16055). 2. Accordingly, for shipments of OTR Tires from China entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 04/13/2018, you shall collect a cash deposit of estimated countervailing duties at the following percentages of the entered value.
