1. On 03/28/2018, Commerce published in the Federal Register (83 FR 13252) its final affirmative determination of sales at less-than-fair-value, and final determination of critical circumstances in the antidumping duty investigation of carbon and alloy steel wire rod from the United Kingdom (A-412-826) 2. The products covered by this investigation are described in message 7116316, dated 04/26/2017. 3. This proceeding has been assigned case number A-412-826. 4. Commerce has determined that critical circumstances exist for imports of carbon and alloy steel wire rod from the United Kingdom, from the producers and/or exporters listed below. CBP shall suspend liquidation of such shipments entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 08/2/2017, which is 90 days prior to the date of publication of the preliminary determination in the Federal Register. Effective 03/28/2018, for such entries, CBP shall require a cash deposit equal to the margins for the producers and/or exporters listed below: Producer and/or Exporter: British Steel Limited Case number: A-412-826-001 Cash deposit rate: 147.63% Longs Steel UK Limited Case number: A-412-826-002 Cash deposit rate: 147.63% All Others Case Number: A-412-826-000 Cash Deposit Rate: 147.63% 5. If any entries of this merchandise are exported by a firm other than the producer, then the following instructions apply: A. If the exporter of the subject merchandise does not have its own rate but the producer has its own rate, the cash deposit will be the producer's rate. B. Where neither the exporter nor the producer currently has its own rate or the producer is unknown, use the all-others rate of 147.63 percent to establish the cash deposit. 6.
