1. On 03/08/2018, Commerce published in the Federal Register (83 FR 9835) its final affirmative determination of sales at less-than-fair-value in the antidumping duty investigation of silicon metal from Brazil (A-351-850). 2. The products covered by this investigation are described in message 7097305, dated 04/07/2017. 3. This proceeding has been assigned case number A-351-850. 4. For imports of silicon metal from Brazil, CBP shall continue to suspend liquidation of such shipments entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 10/12/2017. Effective 03/08/2018, CBP shall require, for such entries, a cash deposit equal to the margins for the producers and/or exporters listed below: Producer and/or Exporter: Palmyra do Brasil Indústria e Comércio de Silício Metálico e Recursos Naturais Ltda. (formerly known as Dow Corning Silicio do Brasil Industria e Comercio Ltda.) Case number: A-351-850-001 Cash deposit rate: 68.97% Producer and/or Exporter: Ligas de Aluminio, S.A. Case number: A-351-850-002 Cash deposit rate: 134.92% Producer and/or Exporter: All Others Case Number: A-351-850-000 Cash Deposit Rate: 68.97% 5. If any entries of this merchandise are exported by a firm other than the producer, then the following instructions apply: A. If the exporter of the subject merchandise does not have its own rate but the producer has its own rate, the cash deposit will be the producer's rate. B. Where neither the exporter nor the producer currently has its own rate or the producer is unknown, use the all-others rate of 68.97 percent to establish the cash deposit. 6.
