1. On 02/20/2018, Commerce published in the Federal Register (83 FR 7145) its preliminary affirmative determination of sales at less than fair value, preliminary affirmative determination of critical circumstances, in part, postponement of final determination and extension of provisional measures in the antidumping duty investigation of cast iron soil pipe fittings from the People's Republic of China (China). 2. The products covered by this investigation are described in message 7228303, dated 08/16/2017. 3. This investigation has been assigned investigation number A-570-062. 4. Because Commerce determined that critical circumstances exist for imports of cast iron soil pipe fittings from China from the exporter/producer combinations listed below, CBP shall suspend liquidation of cast iron soil pipe fittings from China that are entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 11/22/2017, which is 90 days before the date of publication of the preliminary determination in the Federal Register.
