1. Commerce has completed its administrative review of the countervailing duty order on oil country tubular goods from the Republic of Turkey (Turkey) for the period 01/01/2015 through 12/31/2015 and published the final results in the Federal Register on 02/14/2018 (83 FR 6511). 2. Accordingly, for shipments of oil country tubular goods from Turkey entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 02/14/2018, you shall collect a cash deposit of estimated countervailing duties at the following percentage of the entered value. Producer and/or Exporter: Borusan Mannesmann Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. and Borusan Istikbal Ticaret Case number: C-489-817-001 Cash deposit rate: 00.00% 3. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of merchandise made during the period of review until liquidation instructions are issued. 4.
