Ref: Message 7328308, dated 11/24/2017 1. Commerce has amended the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Taiwan for the period 05/01/2015 through 04/30/2016. This amendment was published in the Federal Register (83 FR 2770) on 01/19/2018, and changes the cash deposit rate for the producer and/or exporter as listed in paragraph 2. 2. For shipments of certain circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Taiwan entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 11/20/2017, the amended cash deposit requirement is as follows: Shin Yang Steel Co., Ltd. Case number: A-583-008-009 Amended rate: 1.71% 3. Instructions for granting a request for a refund on any overcollection will be issued in a separate message. 4. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. 5. Do not liquidate any entries of the merchandise covered by the administrative review until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 6.
