1. This is a correction to message 7285307, dated 10/12/2017, to correct paragraph 2 of that message. 2. Paragraph 2 of message 7285307 contains incorrect information about a certain exporter and the companies which comprise the single entity. Below is the fully corrected message. 3. Commerce published in the Federal Register (82 FR 47469) on 10/12/2017 the final results of administrative review of certain exporters subject to the antidumping duty order on freshwater crawfish tail meat from the People's Republic of China for the period 09/01/2015 through 08/31/2016. 4. As a result of Commerce's review, for shipments of subject merchandise entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 10/12/2017, (the date of publication of the final results of review in the Federal Register), the required cash deposit has been revised for certain exporters as detailed below: Exporter: Yancheng Hi-King Agriculture Developing Co., Ltd.; Yancheng Seastar Seafood Co., Ltd. Note: This single entity changed effective 01/14/2016. Effective 01/14/2016, the single entity comprised the two companies identified above. Case number: A-570-848-058 Cash deposit rate: 3.81% 5. If any entries of this merchandise are exported by a firm other than the exporters listed above then the following instructions apply: A. If the PRC or non-PRC exporter of the subject merchandise has its own rate, use the applicable exporter's rate for determining the cash deposit rate. B. For all exporters of subject merchandise that have not been assigned a separate rate, the cash deposit rate will be the PRC-wide rate of 223.01 percent. C. For all non-PRC exporters of subject merchandise that have not received their own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the PRC exporter that supplied that non-PRC exporter. 6. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice.
