1. Commerce published in the Federal Register (82 FR 51611) on 11/07/2017 the final results of administrative review of certain exporters subject to the antidumping duty order on certain steel threaded rod from the People's Republic of China (PRC) for the period 04/01/2015 through 03/31/2016. 2. As a result of Commerce's review, the cash deposit rates have been revised for certain companies. Therefore, for shipments of certain steel threaded rod from the PRC produced and/or exported by the firm listed below, entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 5/5/2017, the required cash deposit has been revised: Exporter: Zhejiang New Oriental Fastener Co., Ltd., (New Oriental) Case number: A-570-932-000 Cash deposit rate: 206.00% Note to CBP: As a result of this review, Commerce determined that New Oriental is no longer eligible for a separate rate and is part of the country-wide entity. Accordingly, Commerce has deactivated the following exporter, or exporter/producer chain rate case number: A-570-905-028. Effective 11/07/2017 (the date of publication of the final results of review), entries of subject merchandise from this exporter should be entered under A-570-932-000. Exporter: Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone Star Pipe International Trade Co., Ltd. (Tianjin Star) Case number: A-570-932-029 Cash deposit rate: 5.40% Exporter: IFI & Morgan Ltd. and RMB Fasteners Ltd., (RMB/IFI Group) Case number: A-570-932-019 Cash deposit rate: 0.00% 3. If any entries of merchandise are exported by a firm other than the producer, then the following instructions apply: A. If the PRC or non-PRC of the subject merchandise has its own rate, use the applicable exporter's rate for determining the cash deposit rate. B. For all exporters of subject merchandise that have not been assigned a separate rate, the cash deposit rate will be the PRC-wide rate of 206.00 percent. C. For all non-PRC exporters of subject merchandise that have not received their own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the PRC exporter that supplied that non-PRC exporter. 4. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of merchandise included in this administrative review until assessment instructions are issued. 5.
