1. Commerce has completed its administrative review of the countervailing duty order on certain pasta from Italy for the period 01/01/2015 through 12/31/2015 and published the final results in the Federal Register on 10/16/2017 (82 FR 48060). 2. Accordingly, for shipments of pasta from Italy entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 10/16/2017, you shall collect a cash deposit of estimated countervailing duties at the following percentages of the entered value. Producer and/or Exporter: Liguori Pastificio dal 1820 S.p.A. Case number: C-475-819-039 Cash deposit rate: 1.62% 3. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of merchandise made during the period of review until assessment instructions are issued. 4.
