Commerce has completed its administrative review of the countervailing duty order on circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Turkey for the period 01/01/2015 through 12/31/2015 and published the final results in the Federal Register on 10/12/2017 (82 FR 47479). 2. Accordingly, for shipments of circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Turkey entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 10/12/2017, you shall collect a cash deposit of estimated countervailing duties at the following percentages of the entered value.
