1. On 10/06/2017, Commerce published in the Federal Register the Notice of Court Decision Not in Harmony with Final Determination in Less than Fair Value Investigation, Notice of Amended Final Determination Pursuant to Court Decision, Notice of Revocation of Antidumping Duty Order in Part, and Discontinuation of Fifth Antidumping Duty Administrative Review (82 FR 46758). The injunction to which message 6340303 dated 12/05/2016, refers, enjoining liquidation of entries which are subject to the antidumping duty order on high pressure steel cylinders from the People's Republic of China, were exported by Beijing Tianhai Industry Co., Ltd., and were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption during the period 12/15/2011 through 05/31/2016, remains in effect during the pendency of the period of appeal or until a final and conclusive CAFC decision on any appeals. 2. As a result of the CIT's final decision, Beijing Tianhai Industry Co., Ltd.'s cash deposit rates for its three exporter/producer combinations are amended to zero percent. Therefore, for shipments of high pressure steel cylinders from the People's Republic of China entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 08/27/2017, the effective date of the Court decision, the amended cash deposit requirements for the three exporter/producer combinations are as follows: Exporter: Beijing Tianhai Industry Co., Ltd. Producer: Langfang Tianhai High Pressure Container Co., Ltd. Case number: A-570-977-001 Amended cash deposit rate: 0.00% Exporter: Beijing Tianhai Industry Co., Ltd.
