1. Commerce published in the Federal Register (82 FR 45266) on 09/28/2017 the final results of administrative review of certain exporters subject to the antidumping duty order on certain steel nails from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam for the period 12/29/2014 through 06/30/2016. 2. As a result of Commerce's review, for shipments of subject merchandise entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 09/28/2017 (the date of publication of the final results of review in the Federal Register), the required cash deposit has been revised for certain exporters as detailed below: Exporter: Dicha Sombrilla Co., Ltd. Case number: A-552-818-000 Cash deposit rate: 323.99% Exporter: Rich State, Inc. Case number: A-552-818-000 Cash deposit rate: 323.99% Exporter: Truong Vinh Ltd. Case number: A-552-818-000 Cash deposit rate: 323.99% Note to CBP: As a result of this review, Commerce determined that these companies are not eligible for a separate rate and are part of the country-wide entity. Effective 09/28/2017 (the date of publication of the final results of review), entries of subject merchandise from these exporters should be entered under A-552-818-000. 3. If any entries of this merchandise are exported by a firm other than the exporters listed above then the following instructions apply: A. If the Vietnam or non-Vietnam exporter of the subject merchandise has its own rate, use the applicable exporter's rate for determining the cash deposit rate. B. For all exporters of subject merchandise that have not been assigned a separate rate, the cash deposit rate will be the Vietnam-wide rate of 323.99 percent. C. For all non-Vietnam exporters of subject merchandise that have not received their own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the Vietnam exporter that supplied that non- Vietnam exporter. 4. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of merchandise included in this administrative review until assessment instructions are issued. 5.
