1. On 07/25/2017, Commerce published in the Federal Register (82 FR 34476) its final results in the changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty order on Certain Steel Nails from Malaysia (A-557-816). 2. The Department of Commerce has determined that Inmax Industries Sdn. Bhd. and Inmax Sdn. Bhd. should be collapsed as a single entity, and that entries of subject merchandise produced by Inmax Industries Sdn. Bhd. will be subject to the current antidumping cash deposit rate assigned to Inmax Sdn. Bhd. 3. The company case number that was assigned to Inmax Sdn. Bhd. (A-557-816-001), has been deactivated. A new company case number, A-557-816-004, has been created for Inmax Sdn. Bhd. and Inmax Industries Sdn. Bhd. All entries of subject merchandise from Inmax Sdn. Bhd. and Inmax Industries Sdn. Bhd. should be entered under A-557-816-004, as indicated in paragraph 4, below. 4. Accordingly, for shipments of Certain Steel Nails from Malaysia which were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 07/25/2017, CBP shall require a cash deposit for estimated antidumping duties at the following rate: Inmax Sdn. Bhd. or Inmax Industries Sdn. Bhd. Case number: A-557-816-004 Cash deposit rate: 39.35% 5. This cash deposit requirement shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of this merchandise until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 6.
