Commerce corrected the final results of its administrative review of the countervailing duty order on multilayered wood flooring from the People's Republic of China for the period 01/01/2014 through 12/31/2014 (82 FR 24941, 05/31/2017). This correction was to include Nanjing Minglin Wooden Industry Co., Ltd. in the list of companies receiving a cash deposit rate. Nanjing Minglin Wooden Industry Co., Ltd. had been inadvertently omitted from the list of companies in the original final results of review Federal Register notice (82 FR 22311, 5/15/2017) and in the original cash deposit instructions (Message 7143303, dated 05/23/2017). 2. Accordingly, for shipments of multilayered wood flooring from the People's Republic of China, entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 5/15/2017 (the date the original final results published in the Federal Register), you shall collect a cash deposit of estimated countervailing duties at the following percentage of the entered value: Producer and/or Exporter: Nanjing Minglin Wooden Industry Co., Ltd. Case number: C-570-971-183 Cash deposit rate: 1.06% 3. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of merchandise made during the period of review until assessment instructions are issued. 4.
