1. Commerce published in the Federal Register (82 FR 24675) on May 30, 2017, the final results of its administrative review of a certain exporter subject to the antidumping duty order on certain cased pencils from the People's Republic of China (PRC) for the period 12/01/2014 through 11/30/2015. 2. As a result of Commerce's review, for shipments of subject merchandise entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 05/30/2017, (the date of publication of the final results of review in the Federal Register), the required cash deposit rate for this exporter continues as detailed below: Exporter: Shandong Rongxin Import & Export Co., Ltd. Case number: A-570-827-000 Cash deposit rate: 114.90 % Note to CBP: As a result of this review, Commerce determined that this company continues to be not eligible for a separate rate and remains part of the country-wide entity. 3. If any entries of this merchandise are exported by a firm other than the exporter listed above then the following instructions apply: A. If the PRC or non-PRC exporter of the subject merchandise has its own rate, use the applicable exporter's rate for determining the cash deposit rate. B. For all exporters of subject merchandise that have not been assigned a separate rate, the cash deposit rate will be the PRC-wide rate of 114.90 percent. C. For all non-PRC exporters of subject merchandise that have not received their own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the PRC exporter that supplied that non-PRC exporter. 4. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of merchandise included in this administrative review until assessment instructions are issued. 5.
