1. On 05/15/2017, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a preliminary injunction (PI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the antidumping duty order on malleable cast iron pipe fittings from the People's Republic of China (PRC) (A-570-881). This PI was issued in connection with court number 17-00077. 2. This PI enjoins liquidation of cast iron electrical conduit articles (i.e., conduit bodies, conduit nipples, and conduit couplings and connectors) imported by Atkore Steel Components, Inc., as identified in the administrative scope proceeding ruling for the antidumping duty order on malleable cast iron pipe fittings from the PRC (A-570-881) (entitled “Final Scope Ruling Concerning Cast Iron Electrical Conduit Articles,” dated 03/16/2017) and described in message number 7080303, effective 03/16/2017, which were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption, and remain unliquidated as of 5 p.m. Eastern Time on 05/15/2017. 3. Effective 05/15/2017, no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on 05/15/2017. Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued. 4. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the PI. 5. The PI applies to the liquidation instructions in message numbers 7059306, dated 02/28/2017 and 7118303, dated 04/28/2017. 6.
