1. Commerce has published in the Federal Register (82 FR 18105) on 04/17/2017 the final results of its administrative review of certain producers and/or exporters subject to the antidumping duty order on certain oil country tubular goods from the Republic of Korea for the period 07/18/2014 through 08/31/2015. 2. As a result of Commerce's review, the cash deposit rates have been revised for certain companies. Therefore, for shipments of certain oil country tubular goods from the Republic of Korea produced and/or exported by the firms listed below, entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 04/17/2017, the required cash deposit has been revised: Producer and/or Exporter: NEXTEEL Co., Ltd. Where neither the exporter nor the producer currently has its own rate or the producer is unknown, use the all-others rate for establishing the cash deposit rate. 4. For all producers/exporters of certain oil country tubular goods from the Republic of Korea without their own rate, the cash deposit rate is 5.24 percent. 5. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of merchandise covered by the administrative review until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 6.
