1. On March 16, 2017, the U.S. Court of International Trade (CIT) issued a final decision in the case of U.S. Steel Corp v. United States, (court numbers 14-00263 and 14-00265, which were consolidated under court number 14-00263) sustaining Commerce's remand results in the less-than-fair-value (LTFV) investigation of certain oil country tubular goods from India. Pursuant to the CIT's order, Commerce issued an amended final determination of its LTFV investigation of certain oil country tubular goods from India for the period 07/01/2012 through 06/30/2013, which published in the Federal Register on 04/12/2017 (82 FR 17631) with an effective date of 03/26/2017, and changes the cash deposit rates for the producers/exporters listed in paragraph 2. 2. For shipments of certain oil country tubular goods from India entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 03/26/2017, the amended cash deposit requirement is as follows: Producer/Exporter: GVN Fuels Limited Case number: A-533-857-001 Amended rate: 0.00% Producer/Exporter: Jindal SAW, Limited Case number: A-533-857-002 Amended rate: 11.24% 3. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. 4. Do not liquidate any entries of the merchandise covered by the investigation until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 5.
