1. On 03/22/2017, Commerce published in the Federal Register (82 FR 14691) its final results in the changed circumstances review of the countervailing duty order on multilayered wood flooring from the People's Republic of China (“PRC”) (C-570-971). 2. Commerce determined that Yihua Lifestyle Technology Co., Ltd. is the successor-in-interest to Guangdong Yihua Timber Industry Co., Ltd. for purposes of the countervailing duty order on multilayered wood flooring from the PRC and, as such, is entitled to Guangdong Yihua Timber Industry Co., Ltd.'s countervailing duty cash deposit rate with respect to entries of subject merchandise. 3. We have deactivated case number C-570-971-158, which was assigned to Guangdong Yihua Timber Industry Co., Ltd. We have created case number C-570-971-258, for Yihua Lifestyle Technology Co. Ltd. All entries of subject merchandise from Yihua Lifestyle Technology Co. Ltd. should be entered under C-570-971-258. 4. Accordingly, for shipments of multilayered wood flooring from the PRC which were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 03/22/2017, CBP shall require a cash deposit for estimated countervailing duties at the following rate: Yihua Lifestyle Technology Co., Ltd. Case number: C-570-971-258 Cash deposit rate: 1.38 % 5. This cash deposit requirement shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of this merchandise until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 6.
