Cargo Systems Messaging Service CSMS # 68966469 - ACE Portal: New Tools and Automation for Account Management U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) recently introduced tools and automation to streamline aspects of account management for the Automated Commercial Environment Secure Data Portal ( ACE Portal) . T rade A ccount O wner (TAO) Account Reactivation New CBP automation will now automatically reactivate a TAO account when the reactivation request is sent from a n email address associated with a TAO account in ACE. TAO s with inactive accounts should email ACE.Support@cbp.dhs.gov and include “ reactivation ” in the subject line. The sender will automatically be sent confirmation or follow up instructions. Assistance Identifying T rade A ccount O wner For assistance locating an account’s TAO , send an email to ACE .
