The OMB Control Number for the new COA form will expire on July 31, 2028. The form is available at the NMFS website: https://www.fisheries.noaa.gov/s3/2025-07/AdmissibilityFormOMBApprovedTo31July2028.pdf Effective November 3, 2025, all imports subject to a COA should be accompanied by the updated form. Entries from Mexico are inadmissible if using a designated HTS code not accompanied by the Certification of Admissibility.
