The adjusted fee amounts and limitations will be applied to importations effective October 1, 2025. The new amount will be in effect for a summary pre-filed prior to October 1, 2025, if the relevant entry date is on or after October 1, 2025. The ACE CATAIR Entry Summary Create/Update v106 has been updated to include the FY26 Customs User Fees and will be posted under the Chapters: Current Capabilities tab.
