The adjusted fee amounts and limitations will be applied to importations effective October 1, 2025. The new amount will be in effect for a summary pre-filed prior to October 1, 2025, if the relevant entry date is on or after October 1, 2025. The ACE CATAIR Entry Summary Create/Update v106 is currently posted under the “Draft Chapters: Future Capabilities” section of the ACE CATAIR webpage . The amounts will be deployed to the Certification environment and the Production environment on August 28, 2025.
