Applications for the CES will be accepted for 60 days beginning January 27, 2025, through March 27, 2025. The public is invited to submit written comments on the need for a CES facility in the Port of Buffalo as specified in 19 CFR 118.2 and CBP Directive No. 3270-007a. The comments period extends for 30 days from January 27, 2025, to February 25, 2025.
