1. On 12/15/2016, Commerce published in the Federal Register (81 FR 90774) its final results in the changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty order on certain frozen warmwater shrimp from India (A-533-840). 2. Commerce determined that Avanti Frozen Foods Private Limited is the successor-in-interest to Avanti Feeds Limited and should receive the cash deposit rate assigned to Avanti Feeds Limited. 3. Accordingly, for shipments of certain frozen warmwater shrimp from India which were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 12/15/2016, CBP shall require a cash deposit for estimated antidumping duties at the following rate: Avanti Frozen Foods Private Limited Case number: A-533-840-397 Cash deposit rate: 2.20% Note: In the final results of review (81 FR 90774), Commerce found that Avanti Frozen Foods Private Limited (A-533-840-397) is the successor-in-interest to Avanti Feeds Limited (A-533-840-089). Consequently, effective 12/15/2016, Avanti Feeds Limited no longer has its own rate, and parties may no longer use case number A-533-840-089. 4. This cash deposit requirement shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of this merchandise until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 5.
