Commerce published in the Federal Register (81 FR 85516) on 11/28/2016 the final results of administrative review of certain exporters subject to the antidumping duty order on aluminum extrusions from the People's Republic of China (PRC) for the period 05/01/2014 through 04/30/2015. 2. As a result of Commerce's review, for shipments of subject merchandise entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 11/28/2016, (the date of publication of the final results of review in the Federal Register), the required cash deposit has been revised for certain exporters as detailed below: Exporter: Allied Maker Limited Case number: A-570-967-041 Cash deposit rate: 85.94% Exporter: Changzhou Changzheng Evaporator Co., Ltd. If any entries of this merchandise is exported by a firm other than the exporters listed above then the following instructions apply: A. If the PRC or non-PRC exporter of the subject merchandise has its own rate, use the applicable exporter's rate for determining the cash deposit rate. B. For all exporters of subject merchandise that have not been assigned to a separate rate, the cash deposit rate will be the PRC-wide rate of 33.18 percent. C. For all non-PRC exporters of subject merchandise that have not received their own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the PRC exporter that supplied that non-PRC exporter. 4. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of merchandise included in this administrative review until assessment instructions are issued. 5.
